Thanks for your help!! I'm happy that I got the pup that I did. He's a great boy and settling in very nicely. He's learning the rules around the house quickly and easily. No accidents yet and he's had free run of the house since day one. For the first week I was leery but just kept telling him he was home and guess he realized it.
He's like a energizer bunny with a super-charger on and no off button. But wouldn't have it any other way. He's awesome in the house when it's just us but gets really, I mean really excited outside and forgets his doggy manners. He wants to go see anyone and any dog even if they're obviously not willing to play. Silly boy. So we'll have to work on that.
We go to visit Allan and Barb (they did house visit) about once a week since they just live literally just up the street. Their gang is awesome and Jax loves to play with them, it seems that's the only thing that tires him out and not all the time. It's great that we can do this since Jax seems to scare most people and dogs alike with his rambunctious-ness and silly grin.
